Greg Nicholas currently serves as the Managing Director of DataVoice, a leading division of the Jasco Group renowned for its agile, customer-centric interaction management solutions for global enterprises, contact centres, and mission-critical environments. With over 7 years at DataVoice, he assumed the Managing Director role in September 2025, following a successful tenure as General Manager from July 2022 to September 2025.
In these roles, he has driven the company’s strategic vision, spearheaded innovative product delivery, and elevated DataVoice’s global reputation as an industry leader in communications technology. Before this, he served as Product Executive at DataVoice from 2018 to June 2022, where he shaped product strategy and fostered talent development.
Before joining DataVoice, Mr Nicholas held key positions at Jasco, including Line of Business Manager for IT Infrastructure Solutions (2014–2018) and Special Projects Manager (2011–2014), as well as a Change Agent role (2012–2014), where he led transformative initiatives across the ICT vertical.
Mr Nicholas holds a strong academic foundation and is recognised for his strategic foresight, stakeholder engagement, and commitment to driving technological innovation.
