Bandile Brian Damane is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and Financial Manager: Group at Jasco, responsible for providing financial leadership across the Group and supporting management in driving sustainable business performance.

He has a broad background in financial reporting, commercial finance, audit and financial governance, with exposure across industries including manufacturing, renewable energy, mining and professional services. His experience also includes working with international and US-based clients, providing valuable exposure to multinational reporting environments and group reporting.

In his role at Jasco, Bandile oversees key areas of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, working capital, taxation, financial controls and management reporting. He works closely with operational and executive leadership to provide meaningful financial insight, strengthen governance and support informed commercial decision-making across the Group.
